For a more traditional swim, you can head to the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, which has a large, spacious lap pool that’s surrounded by grass and the iconic Bank of China building. The pool is a great place to work up a sweat and then cool down with a drink at the hotel’s Red Sugar bar.
